Created constructions sets and oversee construction management, reviewed shop drawings, and responded to RFI’s. Designed custom furniture, millwork and lighting products and collaborated with vendors to execute designs. Handled budgets by estimating costs, monitoring expenditures and working closely with clients to achieve an end result that meets time and financial budgets. Sourced FF&E and handled order administration from purchasing to organizing deliveries. Facilitated a balance between function and aesthetics while giving close consideration to clients’ needs as well as responsibly advising clients of project status during development.
