Head of construction, responsible for managing of the brands Burger King, Dominos and Starbucks in the construction process strategy and activities to ensure the completion of projects on time, budget and quality standards in México.
Provide a liaison process between the design, the construction teams and development of strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution and measuring results, contributing to the annual operating plan and budget.
Provide technical expertise and act as advocate for balance and focus between construction, real state and design to achieve the objective to open 12 units per year.
