Primary function was overseeing development of CDs, permitting and CA for a coffee shop interior buildout in a prominent downtown highrise along Michigan Ave, which included sidewalk seating and exterior signage. Also handled CD development and permitting of several single family residences in Chicago. This role included direct contact with clients, subs, and fabricators.
