The Building will house some of the most important ministers not just from San Diego but around the world, creating a huge economic block that would challenge any country’s economic weight. Even though the building is require to provide a high security environment; the goal is to create a city's premier gathering place where local meetings, banquets, educational, cultural, religious and social functions will be held on behalf of all members of the San Diego’s community.
