About

I am a creator, maintainer and manager of product and project workflows working as the main point of contact. I create processes and structure for any given project as well as managing vendors, internal and external stakeholders. My strengths are in relationship building, strategic planning and thinking and the overall execution of work. Support, service, managing and tracking work requests are my strong suit.

My focus is on providing clients with exceptional products and services where I consistently meet deadlines and expectations while constantly looking for ways to save the employer time and money.
