Adrian Bonomi Architect is based on the Mornington Peninsula and works throughout Melbourne and Victoria. Projects are primarily private houses of all sizes and budgets, community buildings and retail architecture. The practice focuses on developing a close working relationship with the client, the consultants, the authorities, the builder and quality local craftspeople. 

The core aim of the practice is to design unique buildings within a cohesive landscape. This aim is achieved by exceeding the expectations of the client brief, responding energetically to the site characteristics, employing the latest environmentally sensitive design and drawing on the local context and history. 

The practice strives to produce a regional architecture, firmly rooted in the local context and site, rather than making any deliberate effort to reproduce design styles or architecture from an unrelated time in history or place.
