Candidate for California Architect's license
Experienced in hands-on construction with a formal architectural education, Ada has established her understanding of architectural design and construction through high-end commercial and residential buildings in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Pasadena. She is practical and views architecture in terms of functionality, construction document clarity, efficient project sequencing, budget monitoring, and timeless aesthetics.
She worked in carpentry, metals, and thermoplastics to fund her education and experiment with building. She has since been freelancing for architects and traveling to Latin America and the Middle East studying passive heating and cooling strategies to translate into contemporary building systems.
Ada enjoys expressing her ideas formally, through physical sculptures, paintings, and furniture which are inspired by classic forms and nature. She has the technical abilities to translate ideas into architectural 3D BIM models which can be 3D printed, milled, and laser cut for assembly. In her free time, she stays creative by playing soccer, guitar, and hosting dinners.
