This was a commissioned proposal by a private developer for a 250 meter office/hotel/residential tower on the Tianjin Hai He river right next to the Tianjin boat docks.  The concept breaks each building typology into a shifting porportion to maximize functionality and give an overall shape to the building for good visibility out of and onto the facade from the main river drive.
