Small "L" shape plan shopping mall exterior renovation in Ewing Township, NJ. Concept incorporate existing layout with new front to existing stores. We created a pedestrian covered arcade with a buffer to protect pedestrian traffic and enhance the existing plain facade. Choice of Brick for finish to allude to a human scale with banners for color and allow for changes to the front facade for seasonal occasions. Mansard type cover to remove a good degree of the horizontality of the old covered walkway.
