WAA progress construction on the AvB Tower in The Hague

WielAretsArchitects Jul 18 '13 0

The AvB Tower is situated on the Anne van Bueren Square, which serves as the lobby for this hybrid tower in the center of The Hague. With a program of 400 student 'guest-rooms’ – with the first five floors combining retail, lobby, restaurant, offices, lecture hall, and library – the building will become the newest home of the University of Leiden, providing its student residents with accommodations featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding tinted glass panels, which provide views to the square, the skyline of The Hague, and the North Sea beyond.
