Recent graduate from the University of Oregon (B.Arch). Passionate about design and the way in which it impacts our lives at multiple scales; from furniture to placemaking and the built environment. Interested in continuing my studies in industrial design and business as I continue to grow as a designer.

The Duck Store, Eugene, OR, US, Call Center Associate

- Worked at the processing center providing customer service for the online ordering system, answering customer service phone calls, processing returns and exchanges, and quality checking orders.
- Acted as the liaison between seasonal employees and managing supervisors.
- Developed a thorough understanding of the Duck Store’s operations and trained newer employees on the spectrum of customer service processes within weeks of starting.
