Decreased the projected budget by 20% by designing a full floor layout
Took initiative to meet the client’s budget constraints by researching and implementing inexpensive carpet tile to match the company logo and company color palettes

Met clients’ budget by creating an expensive looking space with inexpensive millwork and finishes

• Alexis Li and Bobbi Gonzales, 880 Wittenburg – Mt. Tremper, NY
Renovated the 2nd floor gambrel style master bedroom and bathroom that had windows and skylights on all walls and ceilings, and provided an open plan to include storage
Reconfigured the complex layout on the angled wall side to include in the bathroom a free-standing tub and privacy for the toilet

Completely gut renovated the space, kept the existing exposed brick on the perimeter of the interior space, and combined new prototype finishes and fixtures
