My name is Timia Williams, Just recently I have received a Bachelors of Science in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Philadelphia and currently pursuing my Masters of Science Degree in Interactive Media and Design.

My educational background is in Architecture, Fine Art and Graphic Design. My proficiencies are Adobe Suites, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver (HTML and CSS) and Flash. I am also experienced in painting and drawing.

Although my undergraduate degree is in Graphic Design I have dabbled in other fields of work as well. I have some clerical experience, customer service and education experience just to name a few. My interests are in Marketing, Advertising, Web Design, and Sports. I have interned for a Web Based Marketing Company, Defined Clarity, this pass winter, giving me and opportunity to design ads and web based materials for their clients websites. Most of my experiences thus far have been freelance and contracted. This summer, I held a position as a Graphic Designer at Phenomenal Image Studio, a photography studio.  I am also a free lance Graphic Designer for The Elizabeth House Family Learning Center in Wilmington, DE.

I am an organized individual who is hard working and goal oriented. Even if I am not knowledgeable of something I will put in the effort to learn to become an expert to the task. I am always willing to learn and gain experience. I am a “peoples person.” I love being around different people from different walks of life. Making new friends and networking is important to me.
