Habitat for Hydrology

The action of terraforming through the cut and fill operation creates the location for an occupational shelter for people exerpeicing homelessness in the south bank of the Rio Salado River, while allowing the riverbed to recharge the natural water cycle. The selling of the riverbed flora to the public and municipalities provides a revolving fund supporting the project while allowing the occupants a chance to transition back to a healthy lifestyle.
