An renovation project in collaboration with the interior designer, James Kieran Pine for the client, Stellar Management.  Alterations took place at all base building areas - the lobby, cellar, corridors and ground floor facade, as well as the 2nd floor roof terrace and main roof.  A fitness center and resident's lounge was added to the feature amenities of the building.  Tenant storage and laundry rooms were given an upgrade.  The lobby entrance received a new entrance configuration and storefront.
