Hip Hop School of Arts

The worlds first Hip Hop School of arts is the brainchild of Hip Hop legend Lil Cesar.  The school is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on local communities through the Hip Hop culture where all the elements of Hip Hop are brought together under one roof. Working with Lil Cesar to develop this transformative design was my most rewarding project to date.  Together we created an amazing space that offers kids positive alternatives to being on the street.  We faced many challenges from the beginning including a very limited budget.  This project was an exercise in cost engineering as much as creativity and together with an amazing group of dedicated individuals, we made it happen.
