About

I supported firms Building Rehabilitation and Re-Use Projects for over 30 years. Conversant with applicable Green Building, Sustainability, and Energy Conservation Issues and their applicability to Building Rehabilitation and Re-Use, "Pay Back" calculations for Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction including the critical and often overlooked effect of embedded energy / carbon

Well that was the fun stuff, and the lessor of my efforts.  I spent far more time doing 100% estimates from 50% drawings and pulling schematic cost estimates out of thin air, and more often right than wrong.  Specs, Specs, Specs.  Codes and Zoning.  Supporting Marketing from folding and stapling to becoming the expert de jour.  Endless Server to User IT support w a ridiculous low rate of infections, hacks, and down time, due to ridiculous amounts of OT and draconian restrictions.
