Roberto is the newest team member at D360. He brings his enthusiasm and experience from the worlds largest design company. For D360 Roberto will assume the lead role in the graphic elements of design presentations all the way through documentation. He works directly with clients and consultants to ensure that CAD format is compatible with D360 standards and client standards/requirements.
Roberto will be responsible for coordinating the overall design direction and coordination of the documentation internally and with the consultants, attend site meetings and assist in the process of reviewing and documenting existing conditions. He will Review and understand with professional proficiency detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations and sections, electrical details, schedules (finish, plumbing, door, fixture), furniture floor plans, materials and finishes to determine compliance in areas of quality, code and design. Roberto will focus on the delivery of documentation while monitoring the status of assigned project tasks against the project schedule while participating in quality review of project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
