This project re-assesses the future of the deserted Surfridge neighborhood near LAX airport. The design uses Grasshopper to create a topographic response to the soundpaths dictated by flight plaths. The facets that resulted from this process are categorized into 4 monocultures that are spread throughout the site: Native Grasses; Coastal Buckwheat; Sand Dune; California Wildflower.
