• Managed internal production team to prepare construction set of documents for new elementary school campus at Gualala, CA; project required additional review and approval by the California Coastal Commission.
• Coordinated project team (internal and external) consultants; reviewed and coordinated design of all disciplines to ensure production of quality contract documents. Gualala Elementary School, Gualala, CA, New Campus, Estimated Construction Cost: $10 million.
• Served as liaison with the Division of the State Architect (DSA). Obtained DSA approvals in timely manner for multiple projects; was the first LEED AP at ASAi.
• Coordinated energy review of multiple projects with the DSA energy review team in Sacramento. Obtained additional funding for energy efficient design for all projects for the Point Arena School District.
• Provided Construction observation support to Project Architect for modernization of the Upper Lake High School and for new construction of a Multipurpose, Gymnasium and Classroom building at Lakeport Union School.
