• Managed two award-winning projects at BCA Architects: New Construction and Renovation project at Chula Vista High School and New Corporate Headquarters for BCA Architects in San Jose.
• Managed project goals, budgets, and timeline; communicated the project vision to all team members; as a team leader my goal was to make sure that all team members succeeded.
• Engaged consultants during the concept design phase of new 700-seat theater project at Chula Vista High School, which reduced design time and construction cost.
• Led teams that met every deadline on fast-track complex projects including Chula Vista High School project, BCA Architects New corporate headquarters project, Live Oak High School modernization project, Master Plans for Anaheim City School District and Mendota School District.
• Introduced sustainability criteria and principles into architectural design process at BCA Architects. Initiated and conducted staff training on sustainable design and all LEED rating systems (LEED NC, LEED Schools etc.).

• Prepared submittal and obtained Architectural Review Board approval of Schematic Design for a New Private Residence in Portola Valley.
• Prepared Schematic Design submittal for the Sequoias Portola Valley Retirement Community Modernization Project, Northern California Presbyterian Homes & Services.
• Coordinated energy efficiency agency review and final agency approval for the Woodside Elementary School Modernization project

• Managed internal production team to prepare construction set of documents for new elementary school campus at Gualala, CA; project required additional review and approval by the California Coastal Commission.
• Coordinated project team (internal and external) consultants; reviewed and coordinated design of all disciplines to ensure production of quality contract documents. Gualala Elementary School, Gualala, CA, New Campus, Estimated Construction Cost: $10 million.
• Served as liaison with the Division of the State Architect (DSA). Obtained DSA approvals in timely manner for multiple projects; was the first LEED AP at ASAi.
• Coordinated energy review of multiple projects with the DSA energy review team in Sacramento. Obtained additional funding for energy efficient design for all projects for the Point Arena School District.
• Provided Construction observation support to Project Architect for modernization of the Upper Lake High School and for new construction of a Multipurpose, Gymnasium and Classroom building at Lakeport Union School.
