Assistance in production of construction documents and execution of various production tasks as
directed by the project architect and/or senior staff. Able to relate & work well with many personalities,
with differing work/design styles of the Senior and Design Architects throughout this office.
Essential Responsibilities / Tasks:
Involved in all facets of a variety of project types including entertainment, commercial and education
buildings ranging from $5-50 Million dollars, design / production and promotional work as assigned by
and overseen by Senior and/or Project staff such as: • Field work / site inspection / code research •
Production drafting of construction documents • Various construction administration tasks as required •
Periodic programming and schematic design color/ finishes/ patterning and use exercises • Creation &
maintenance of several schedules, charts, (doors, windows, FF&E, etc.) • Limited office management
responsibilities • Production of PQS forms, RFI’s, RFP’s and other marketing materials / packages
