For most of my life I have worked in the field of construction; mainly residential. I started my career in what feels like the bottom, but strived to obtain a manager position.   After only a few short years I accomplished this and desired more challenge.  I returned to school after working part time with an architect.  The work I did for him was remote and mainly translation of his hand sketches into CAD drawings.   For a summer I spent some time working in a firm doing construction documents and CAD inputs.  This very practical branch of architecture really fascinated me.

I'm looking to develop a name for myself as a free lancer.  As an energetic person I strive to achieve, always looking to produce not just a timely product but a quality product.  I'll never back down from a job just because I have not done one like that before to me new is just another challenge and I'll be the one that surprises you for sure.     Coming from a construction background gives me the ability to understand real physical conditions.  Not just how to draw them but how things work.  I can produce and read architectural drawing from both ends of the spectrum.  Given the opportunity to work alongside your architects would expand my energy to support your process.

If you wish to contact me email me at your convenience.  Thank you for your time in reading my cover letter and resume.  I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
Nichole L. Dyer
