A complete gut and remodel of a three flat into a single family home with elevator and roof top deck. This was a wonderful and fun project. I was able to introduce not only eco-friendly materials but a sense of originality with custom lighting fixtures, custom doors, custom stairwells, custom tile design and custom colors. The clients wanted to show their personality with the flexibility to change out art without changing colors or even frames.
