Art studio specializing in watercolor paintings
I interned with distinguished artist, Barbara Ernst Prey, at her studio. She serves on the advisory board for the National Endowment for the Arts and has featured her collections of paintings in many of the nation’s most esteemed museums, including The National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., The White House, and The Kennedy Space Center. As an intern, I have organized and improved her online database and cataloged her paintings, drawings, and ephemera of past works. I also was able to learn her process of creating watercolor paintings, both technically and creatively. Also, I assisted during several open studios where curators from well-known museums attended and for her newest exhibition feature at the Nassau County Museum of Art.
