Utilizing Adobe Illustrator to make the template and the various colorful components of the diagrams, The Weekend Retreat was a project that utilized the Farnsworth House by Mies Van Der Rohe as a precendent. We were to study the Farnsworth house and research about the keen aspects that made it a gloridied building. However, we were to adapt the ideas into our own 2 story building. We were allowed to choose our own site for this project. From the site we choose, we were to catalog the sun path and the environment behavior and make sure our building would withstand the conditions. We built a section model of our building as a final
