Parsons TSSC 4T Program                                                                           July 2009 - Present
Lead Engineer for Parsons on UIS Tower Sustainment Program for Western Service Area.
The purpose of this program is to assess and replace old Communication Antenna Towers if
necessary with new towers. This is a National project and I am the leading engineer for the Western
Service Area.
Four of my UIS projects are already constructed. Design and engineering for four more UIS projects are
about to be completed. Twelve more projects sites were selected and are planned to be constructed for
2011. At this point the budget for these projects is on hold.
In addition to UIS Tower projects, I was involved in construction administration of Santa Ana ACTC,
Modernization project and design and documentation of Carlsbad Airport ACTC.
Santa Ana project construction and Carlsbad project documentation are completed.
I am a Lockheed Martin (IS & GS Civil) employee assisting Parsons on these projects.
