A Registered Architect with 28 years of experience designing and managing projects in a variety of sectors including; Commercial, Department of Defense, Educational, Health Care, Industrial, Municipal, Residential and Transit.

Competent in all the aspects of the Architectural process including; Field Investigation, Programming, Cost Estimating, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration, mentoring staff, and preparing project fees and schedules in coordination with other Project Managers and disciplines.

Proficient in both Computer Aided Design and CAD Management, my experience includes the creation of standards and libraries for DataCAD, AutoCAD, and Architectural Desktop installations. I also have a working knowledge of Rhino, Revit and 3D VIZ /MAX and Integrated Project Delivery.

During my tenure as Lead Architect completed a variety of projects including the Town Center Pedestrian Bridge Virginia Beach, Virginia, a Design Study for Building 45 U.S. Army Solider Systems Center, Natick Massachusetts and a Design Charette for the Ammunition Supply Point Improvements Fort Drum, New York, the School Plant Supply Facility Relocation for the City of Virginia Beach and the Virginia Aquarium Pedestrian Bridge, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Also completed were various proposals as part of an 8a MACC contract including a Child Development Center, FRC Maintenance Facility. Additional projects include a contract for A/E Services for Coast Guard Shore facilities that included the Addition to the U.S. Coast Guard Station Alexandria Bay, Wellesley Island, New York and New Boat Garage Building, U.S. Coast Guard Station, Calumet Harbor, Chicago, Illinois.
Responsibilities of the position included all aspects of the projects including Field Investigation, Programming, Cost Estimating, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
