Pearl Brewery Full Goods Warehouse

The Full Goods Building serves as the central destination, attracting diverse visitors to the renewed Pearl Brewery complex on the new Museum Reach of the San Antonio River Walk.

Originally the holding warehouse for finished product (full goods), it retains its industrial feel while accommodating a variety of uses.  Offices, restaurants, retail businesses and live-work studios line open pedestrian byways through the complex.  It also serves as a backdrop to an open courtyard, home to a popular farmer’s market, a live music venue and the dock for San Antonio’s famous river taxis.

A LEED gold project, it features a 200 kw solar array with interactive public education display, water harvesting utilizing both new and salvaged vats, and sculptures and landscape features crafted from found objects in the old brewery.
