The complete demolition of two former US Air Force structures and construction of a new flex type commercial / manufacturing facility while retaining the existing foundations and slab on grade as a base support for the new structure.

Building 1: a new building consisting of an existing 485,000 SF facility with a partial mezzanine.

Building 2: consisting of an existing 400,000 SF facility built as two separate sections with the pre-engineered section being retained and incorporated as part of a new 130,000 SF building.

Designed to be LEED certified project with innovations associated the use of existing building core and shell as well as the recycling of the existing concrete barrel vault structure to be re-used as sub base material for building and surrounding site.
