Located in the vicinity of Columbus Circle, the New York Institute of Technology Auditorium on Broadway is a state-of-the-art theater used for lectures, conferences, movie screenings, film festivals and events.  The site, formerly occupied by the deteriorating Clearview Cinema, required a new seating plan, revised egress and ADA upgrades.  Completed on an aggressive 4 ½-month design-to-completion schedule, the 262-seat auditorium features a re-designed café, restrooms, a pre-function area, green rooms, mechanical rooms and a projection room on the lower level.
