Create a building that can be experienced from all sides.

The entire building is lifted off the ground to create a large public piazza at ground level.

The regularity of the existing Uffizi Gallery plan is extruded onto the site, and rotated
to create a series of dynamic interior spaces. The five libraries are separated by large
outdoor circulation spaces marked by voids in elevation.
