About

I am a versatile senior architect. For the past 9 years I have had my own practice serving clients in New England. My prior experience includes serving as Director of Academic Services at ADD Inc, Cambridge, MA for two years and as a Principal at Sasaki Associates, Watertown, MA. where I was employed for twenty six years. At Sasaki, I served as principal in charge of projects with key responsibility for both design and project management. I also served for 5 years as leader of the architectural discipline in this large, multi-disciplinary design firm.

After Sasaki I worked briefly as The Cambridge, MA branch office manager for the S/L/A/M Collaborative of Glastonbury, CT and, early in my career, I worked for two years as a project architect for Jutras + Nicholson, a hotel specialty interior design firm in Bedford, MA.

Throughout my career I have been involved in all phases of project delivery. However, I believe that, as Im have evolved as an architect, my strength now is in project direction with a focus on management.

Served as principal for last fifteen years at this large multi-disciplinary design firm. Functioned as principal-in-charge of projects with a focus on directing design and management of all phases of project delivery. For five years I was head of architectural discipline. In this role I managed daily operations, and led strategic visioning processes, monitered financial performance and set standards for quality control in each phase of A/E project delivery
Also, because I had worked for Jutras+Nicholson, an interior design firm specializing in hotel and restaurant design, I became involved in several resort masterplanning projects for which I developed concept designs for hotels, conference centers condomium and timeshare housing.
