The objective of the project was to respect the small scale and green nature of the site’s surroundings while solving the program’s requirements. The building unfolds horizontally along the northern limit of the parcel, generating an interior green park looking south. To respect the scale of its environment, the continuous linear volume changes its height abruptly dividing the main volume into sub-volumes, opening a visual relation between the exterior and the green area inside while generating a ridge-like elevation. This allows a double height entrance that connects directly with the community park inside and allows  natural illumination of the main staircase. There are three different size housing modules (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms). The parking area is solved in a single semi-buried level to achieve natural light and ventilation.
