-Managed all ground floor plaza and lobby-related documentation to ensure all trades were properly coordinated and documents met the project’s timeline.
-Generated grand stair and escalator drawings for Madison lobby to ensure the placement of the escalator aligned with shop drawings and the stair design was in unison with the constraints of the escalator.
-Coordinated with multiple trades for (4) proposed coffee bar locations at the main upper lobby space.
-Developed sections with coordination from various trades to ensure routing of cellar level MEP services worked with proposed building elements and existing site constraints.

CENTRAL PARK TOWER - New York, NY

-Presented multiple design iterations for a private vehicular drop-off that maintained the client’s desired luxury aesthetic.
-Coordinated with multiple disciplines on a DOB amendment submission for an existing work permit.

-Generated documentation for all lobby-related items with coordination from design architect, developer, and senior project manager.
-Consulted with various disciplines to ensure a new fan room in Upper North Lobby worked with proposed and existing design conditions.
-Revised the East Lobby entrance to mitigate the need for warped floor tiles while establishing floor pattern consistency with adjacent spaces.
-Reviewed stone shop drawings for bidding validation so the project would remain on projected timeline.

PANYNJ/ EWR TERMINAL ONE REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - Newark, NJ 1,000,000 sq. ft. design-build domestic terminal

-Collaborated with multiple disciplines to generate ceiling plans for the Main terminal and adjoining piers.
-Drafted multiple iterations for the Security Checkpoint ceiling that incorporated all disciplinary equipment within a functional organization, while meeting compliance requirements.
-Engaged with consultants in choosing custom finishes that worked with surrounding aesthetics.
-Coordinated with Mechanical Engineers to ensure placement of HVAC equipment worked with exterior CMU coursing.

NYCT ELEVATOR REHABILITATION - New York, NY NYCT elevator upgrade

-Developed plans, elevations and sections within compliance of current NYCT design standards.
-Coordinated with Engineers to ensure accurate reconfiguration of associated elevator equipment.
-Generated elevations for proposed elevator machine rooms to establish aesthetic continuity with existing design conditions.

PANYNJ / WTC HUB STORM ASSESSMENT/ MITIGATION PROGRAM- New York, NY Flood protection for World Trade Center Transportation Hub

-Assisted in the development of construction documents to address vulnerabilities to flood-prone areas from storms similar to Hurricane Sandy.
-Provided field inspections in order to establish a design criterion for the level of flood protection required.
-Collaborated with project team to create a multilayered floor barrier to be installed under a wide range of existing conditions.
