Architect Lead: Developed design documents and construction documents for criminal justice facilities. Assist in renovation of jails and new construction.
Coyote Ridge correctional center: Developing design documents and production services of hybrid, medium, and segregation housing, assisted project managers with preparing contraction documents and specification. Sustainable design methods were implemented at the onset of the project and as a result of the efforts of the entire design team, this project has received LEED GOLD certification.
Fort Bend County and jail: Architectural designer on a 984 beds and renovation to the existing jail necessary to support personal, establish video visitation and the growing needs of the law enforcement. Scope included all necessary on-site development. Prepared design development documents based on the approved schematic design from the client. Assisted and communicated with many consultants outside of Rosser International office.
Ferrari Experience: Provided architectural design services for facilities located on Yas Island, a $40 billion entertainment and resort development in Abu Dhabi that pays homage to the Ferrari. Traveled to United Arab Emirates worked on job site of 6 weeks.
Dawson County Courthouse: Provided architectural design cad draftsman service. New construction; the new courthouse will have 4 Courtrooms and administrative space. Completion date 2010.

Publix supermarket special project program: Project Architect Lead responsible for remodeling of existing equipment, producing construction documents of new addition of small area of store. Adding in Crispers, Liquor Wine and Spirits store and new pharmacy to existing Publix supermarket. Performing site visit to stores and taking site notes converting them to working drawings.
Corporate Office renovation: Served as the assistant draftsman preparing contraction document, space planning square foot area take off.
Remodeling/Renovation of Publix supermarket: Project Architect Lead responsible for the completion of architectural construction documents based on a standard set of details and practices set forth by the owner for its stores. This stores are approximately 36,000 to 65,000 SF including Bakery, Produce, Meat and Deli departments and the addition of a Seafood Department and site analysis. Responsible for coordinating and performing ADA accessibility surveys for Publix Supermarkets.
Construction Administration: Responsibilities include assisting contractors during the remodel process and coordinating the RFI, Addendum and Revision processes for Publix Supermarkets
Seminole County Correction Facilities: Responsible for coordinating renovation projects for pod units A,B,C, control stations 1, 2, 3, and kitchen work area. Developed construction documents consist of demolition, floor, reflected ceiling plan, interior elevation, hardware specification, casework details and finish details for construction. Project Architect cad lead.
Florida Army National Guard (RTI) Regional Training Institute: The project consists of preparing design and construction documents for the new regional training institute (RTI) facility to be located at Camp Blanding in Starke, Florida. The project, which will be designed in a campus setting provided a new look to the RTI campus.
