- Direct strategies for the development of feasibility studies and tests on land, market research, assignment of responsibilities, logistical materials and other resources (equipment), applying based on project planning skills, in order to meet the time, quality and the budget of real estate development projects.

- Ensure compliance with the requirements previously established in the planning of real estate development projects, in order to generate reports of the status of the project to investors and the Director in terms of quality, deadlines and costs; analyzing and controlling resources, proposing and evaluating changes and adjustments.

- Monitor internal and outsourced (construction) staff within the real estate projects with field observation, generate the design drawings and construction document preparation of new investment projects in León Guanajuato and Bajio Area.
