Schoenhardt’s proposal for the addition to the Deep River Town Hall consisted of a three story plus a basement level at the West side of the existing building. The existing building and the new structure are linked by a common atrium allowing access to all floors by means of stairs and elevator. The site has been reorganized to provide easy access from both Main St. and RT. 80, provide additional parking, and plan for a future retail building.
