The Cordish Development Company invested in a new concept for the city of Baltimore. This office space, created to house entrepreneurs and their growing businesses, is such a win for business expansion in the city that the grand opening was attended by the mayor and the governor of Maryland.

The project was exciting for us because it means something positive for our hometown. It’s also exciting to createvisualization for a space that doesn’t exist and then to have the opportunity to see that built space in person. We were thrilled to see how closely the renderings matched the design in real life. Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, and Mental Ray were used to complete this project.
