118,000 s.f. green field medical center and 60,000 S.F. Surgical training facility. Center contained a 6 O.R. high-tech ASC, 6 bed convalescent center, imaging center, two Orthopedic practices, a Glaucoma center, a Retinal practice, Physical Therapy suite, Urology Specialist, and other suites.
