This extensive home remodel has a focus on the kitchen which was under-utilized and poorly laid out. Our clients had a hard time visualizing our open design intentions so I quickly put together some renderings in Revit to aid in their understanding. Once they saw these images they were instantly able to talk intelligently with us about their thoughts, questions, and excitement. The photos above show my the initial renderings, construction about halfway through the remodel, and the finished product. I was involved from schematic design through to permitting and was the project manager on site helping to bring it all together.
