About

I have 20 years of experience in architectural design and project management on complex restoration projects, including Gracie Mansion, the award-winning restoration of the Washington Square Arch, and the Hendrick I. Lott House for the New York City Department of Parks.  Most recently, working with a large team of consultants, I helped devise a complex restoration scheme for the National Historic Landmark Thomas Moran House in East Hampton, NY.

In addition, I have worked with the New York City School Construction Authority on at least 15 projects ranging from interior to exterior work, involving auditorium upgrades, science laboratories, school reconstruction, and removal and replacement of exterior facades.  I was the technical field representative on a $30-million- dollar school for a New York City SCA consulting architect.
