Project: Brickell City Centre in Miami, Florida
During the last three years I have been involved with and responsible for the architectural Work and management for East Hotel of Brickell City Centre Development Project. Lead my design team in weekly Owner (Swire), Architect, GC meetings for coordinating design changes and clarifications needed. Regular construction site visits to create field reports, on-site coordination with general contractor, subcontractors, developer and members of Miami Dade Building Department. Other responsibilities relating to construction administration include: reviewing submittals, answering RFI's, and issuing Field Change Directives as necessary. Currently in project closeout; assisting in creating punch lists and anxiously arriving at our final completion December 2015.
