The project faced the difficult task to remodel a bathroom that had to keep its existing footprint (stay in the same location - no walls could be moved) and at the same time create more space for the user. We kept all the existing major plumbing fixtures (toilet) and window to keep the cost of the project low. We change the location of the door in order to center it to the existing window and create a circulation axis that divides the space into two zones (zone 1 - sink, toilet, medicine cabinets, built-in closet and zone 2 - double shower with seats). All the lighting and the plumbing fixtures are energy and water efficient.
