Key member of the architecture team that developed complex projects such as hotels, shopping centers, office layouts and residential developments. Produced complete set of drawings in AutoCAD format and coordination of construction documents for submission to local officials; collaborated with team members to create layouts in order to best utilize the spaces available; Worked closely with technical disciplines such as civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, and contractors to effectively achieve successful projects that remain true to the design intent; Prepared presentation materials for clients. Managed multiple projects simultaneously.

Site surveyor for one of the leading food store chains in Caracas. Completed multiple site visits to observe existing building exterior and interior spaces to produce complete AutoCAD documentation for renovation purposes. Made recommendations in facility/layout design based on collected data.

The Eagle Pizzeria, Caracas, Venezuela., Independent work. Designer.

Developed the architectural design concept for a 5,616-ft2 restaurant. Design work included layout of the kitchen and dining areas and production of complete set of drawings in AutoCAD for construction purposes. Scope of work also covered material and finishes selection for interior and exterior spaces. After it’s completion, the pizzeria soon became a very popular place in the city.
