It is a modern building with smooth fluid elements. It has a feeling of continuity, and all elements work together dictating each other’s design. They have a natural geometrical flow. They go from a long continuous line stroke following an abrupt curve that ends with a soft curving line. This creates a strong geometrical contrast resulting in very appealing interior spaces. The lobby and pool areas open up to its main corridors creating direct visual connections throughout the entire level. All furniture, lighting fixtures, and hardware are designed for this particular project. Its interior color pallet is minimal to enhance its interior elements maintaining a clean balanced look. White contrasts with only two to three other different colors. Osorio is project designer and interior architect while working at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
