We
are hiring a "Junior Architect / Draftsman" for our in-house
architecture department. With a diverse portfolio ranging from
captivating commercial ventures to awe-inspiring residential high rises, this
position offers an unparalleled opportunity for hands-on experience and
exposure to the entire spectrum of design and construction.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate closely with our team of seasoned architects in crafting
visionary designs for multifamily buildings, mid and high-rise structures
Utilize
AutoCAD and SketchUp software to produce accurate and
detailed architectural drawings.
Engage in general drafting and detailing across
all phases of design, ensuring the utmost precision and excellence in every
aspect of our projects
Work hand-in-hand with fellow engineers and
consultants to coordinate design efforts and ensure project success.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including
plans, sections, and elevations.
Conduct site visits and assist in field surveys as needed.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in
architectural design and construction.
Produce
quick renderings to assist in visualizing design concepts and communicating
ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural drafting in multi-family residential buildings.
Proficiency
in AutoCAD software. Knowledge in Revit is a plus.
Possess
a profound understanding of multifamily buildings, mid and high rise structures.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability
to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Detail-oriented
with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
This
is an entry level position. Salary is commensurate with education, professional
experience and demonstrated knowledge. This is not a remote job, we believe in
working closely in an office hence, no remote position is offered, and this is
an on-site/ office position.
